Returns & Exchanges

At iFace, we want you to love your phone case as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If your case doesn't fit your style or device perfectly, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Print Your Label

    Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Place the iFace case in its original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new case will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
